personal books

Since I stopped using Goodreads, I didn't have any of the finish-n-books this year thing around my neck. Add to that the ritual busyness of position transitions, I wonder how many books I read this year.

I used to target around 50 earlier on Goodreads so expecting less than that because of the reasons mentioned above. Counting the entries for this specific year gives me 36. A little better than expected.

About the overall pattern, I need to stop loitering and consider denser ones from next year. Also maybe more sci-fi for the fiction fix since that is a seriously uncharted territory for me.
